A technology group built for regulated markets.
Cre8tech Holdings builds and holds specialist technology businesses for sectors where compliance is the hardest problem to solve — and where most software providers will not operate.
Engineering depth meets regulatory fluency.
Cre8tech Holdings is a South African technology group that houses a collection of specialist businesses. Together they give the group the engineering depth, regulatory fluency, and proprietary technology to serve clients in sectors defined by licensing, oversight, and audit.
We operate across RegTech and compliance software, digital and quantitative asset management, and a growing set of adjacent regulated products and services. Rather than spreading thin, the group concentrates on a single, difficult discipline — turning regulatory obligation into working software — and applies it wherever the problem recurs.
That focus lets the group move quickly in markets that reward patience and precision, and gives clients a partner that treats compliance as an engineering requirement rather than a box-ticking exercise.
How the group thinks.
Regulated-first
We build exclusively for sectors defined by licensing, oversight, and audit — where compliance is a feature of the product, not an afterthought.
IP-led
The group owns the platforms, frameworks, and data models its businesses run on. Intellectual property is the asset we compound.
Structurally separate
Each business is held as a distinct entity, so capability, risk, and intellectual property are cleanly ring-fenced across the group.
Build, hold, and scale.
Build
We develop platforms, frameworks, and data models in-house — engineered from the outset for the licensing, oversight, and audit that define regulated sectors.
Hold
Each business is incorporated as a distinct entity and the group retains the underlying intellectual property, so capability and value stay concentrated rather than dispersed.
Scale
Proven technology is licensed across the group and to clients, compounding one body of engineering into many regulated products and markets. C3 Platform is the first example: built once by the Software division, and run by the group's ventures as tenants on the same terms as any client.
Our vision: to be the technology partner of record for regulated industries.
How the group actually works.
Are the ventures regulated businesses, or side projects?
Every venture is incorporated as its own regulated business, licensed and audited to the standard its sector requires. The group provides the platform and the engineering standard; each venture carries its own compliance obligations.
Who owns the intellectual property behind each venture?
The underlying platforms and frameworks — including C3 Platform — are held by the group’s Software division and licensed to each venture. Ventures own their own brand and trading history, but not the shared infrastructure.
Can I invest in, or partner with, a specific venture?
Yes. Investors and partners can engage at the venture level, or at the group level, depending on the opportunity. Talk to the group and we will route the conversation appropriately.
Work with the group.
Whether you are a regulated operator, an investor, or a prospective team member, we would like to hear from you.
